World Book Day 2016
Now in it's 19th year, lovers of reading across 100 countries celebrated their favourite books, literary characters and illustrators on World Book Day.
In Cavehill Primary School, teachers and pupils marked the day in style by taking to the catwalk during the 'Character Parades'. The day was filled with lots of activities centred around the celebration of reading - older children read to younger ones, children designed new illustrations for books, pupils shared their reviews and opinions and much more.
